    Gummies are yummy!
    These taste so good! They actually taste like gummy bears. I look forward to eating them once a day. They sometimes get stuck in my throat but other than that they are very tasty! 25 calories for two gummies but it is worth every calorie.

    First I’d like to say I want to give my honest unbiased opinion on this product…. Second, it is delicious! The flavor is fruity like a candy, reminds me of Welch’s all berry fruit snacks . One thing I would say it has a slight dry hardness to get over at first bite but the gummy is still very chewable. As far as the benefits, I noticed my hair and nails started growing like crazy. I originally took these because I was late and thought I could be expecting so I wanted to prepare my body with the right vitamins and nutrients, which this is packed full! Unfortunately, it was a false alarm but I continued to take them for my hair and nails. I will definitely order again when that time comes as I can see this being my go-to prenatal vitamin gummy! An update will be provided if that happens. Fingers crossed! I highly recommend to expectant mothers and for ladies looking to grow long hair & nails. Enjoy 😊
